William F. "Bill" Teeter is a cotton farmer also known for his service. He has been director of the National Association of Conservation Districts, and for 31 years was a member of the Arkansas Association of Conservation Districts, where he was president, secretary and treasurer. He also has been vice chairman of University of Arkansas Agricultural Development Council, has been at the forefront of innovative farming strategies and was a pioneer in no-til1 cotton. As a result, he has been a guest lecturer at National Beltwide conferences and at University of Arkansas Agriculture graduate and doctoral students.
